Bio:

Born in Valencia, Venezuela, 1985.
His grandfather on his father’s side was born in Italy. His Mum was born in Egypt. Alex speaks Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and English. He is worked all over the world. He is a true Cosmopolitan.

Interests:

Helicopter flying, and pro-active Safety Management and Risk Mitigation. Alex is one of many helicopter pilots who have taken a keen interest in studying underlying accident causes in the Helicopter Industry, and identifying risks and safe operating practices. He has been an active participator and critique giver of “Moggy’s Tuna Manual ” and the series “Blip on the Radar ” available for free on www.chopperstories.com and www.tunaboathelicopters.org.
He is preparing Spanish translations for our many Spanish speaking brothers.

He is currently employed as a Hughes 500 pilot of the Panama registered purse seiner Los Roques.
