The wind had been blowing
From west today,
It may bring some rain.
I am hoping that it will bring
the softness to the soil again.
The wind is blowing
From the west again.
I love your gentle breeze.
You always bring changes-
sometimes rain-
Another time thunder, hail or mist.
Someday Hurricanes!
The wind is blowing
From the west today.
I love you thy wind
For the peaceful breeze.
And gentle soothing touch to face
also for the skin which tickles.
The Nature has so many faces.
The wind is blowing
From the west again.
The wind truly made my day!

you brought back memories. I used to roam the mountains on the West coast of Ireland, and there was always a wind from the West.
I love the wind. Just recently, offshore here, during that cold spell, it was blowing 40 knots, and it sure got my attention.
This is a poem with "atmosphere".
Good job….

Interesting poem, wind is such an element. Reading it was like … discovering the untamed forests and moss-strewn swamps of Scotland and finding wind desire.

Francis ~ Thank you for the great comment about The Wind’
I do cherish the memory too. Going to the forest I loved to listen how the trees were producing the sound like a music to my ears.
Thank you…

Ivana ~ Thanks a lot for the beautiful memory of the Scottish swamps.
It seems that we all share a lot of childhood moments through writings.
Perhaps Nostalgias too.
Thank you…
